Getting Involved

Want to get involved with the Outing Club? First, become a member! Then sign up for our listserv and follow our social media accounts to get updates on upcoming events and programming!

How do I become a member?

Starting in the 2022-23 school year, there will be no fees for student memberships. Any student can become a member of WOC and be subscribed to our listserv by filling out this form.

Membership cards (not required) will also be handed out at major member sign-up events (WOOLF, purple key fair), or you can pick one up at the equipment room in the Paresky Student Center Basement during regular hours (see info below)! Members are automatically subscribed to the outing-news listserv and receive notices about programming which includes club events, trips, and activities. Members should also follow our Instagram and Facebook to get updates on events and programming!

Faculty and staff memberships can be purchased at the WOC equipment room (see info below). Membership costs are as follows: $15 for faculty and staff, or $25 for faculty and staff and their spouse or partner. Memberships are good for the entire academic year in which they are purchased.

To get to the equipment room: walk past the mailroom and you should find a door on your right that is labeled as the stairwell to the WOC equipment room and it leads downstairs! Regular hours are M-Th 12:30 -1:30 and 12 -2 on Friday. Any questions? Email [email protected].
